Financial information is stored and processed through Accounting Systems and CRM company software and databases. Some of the safeguards used are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to data centers, and administration authorization controls.
We do not create or store user accounts for access to our website or its services. One exception is for “Small Services” where a secure Personal Identification Number (PIN) is created and securely stored per transaction. This PIN is used to gain access to a specific transaction and its details. Measures are taken to ensure the transaction details are private to Netex Limited and the customer the transaction is associated with.
When you access our website and use our “Small Services,” we may place small data files on your computer or other device. These data files may be session cookies or other local storage provided by your browser or associated applications (collectively “Cookies”). We use these technologies to recognize you as a customer, more specifically a transaction, and help ensure that your security is not compromised; mitigate risk and prevent fraud; and to promote trust and safety across our website and its services. Session cookies are temporary and do not collect or store information about your computer or device.
You are free to decline our Cookies if your browser or browser add-on permits, however we cannot guarantee our website and services will be functional, as often our Cookies are required to prevent fraud or ensure the security of this website.

PAYPAL SERVICES ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Netex Limited (as a merchant) acts in accordance with PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy. When a customer (as a buyer) requires the use of PayPal’s services to make payment to Netex Limited, it is required that they act in accordance with the aforementioned Acceptable Use Policy where applicable.

This policy covers transactions initiated through Netex Limited’s “Small Services,” as described in the Glossary of Terms below.
Netex Limited does offer refunds under certain circumstances. The terms and conditions linked to a unique transaction will define when a refund can and should be issued.
Glossary of Terms
“Small Services” – Refers to the sale of small blocks of IPv4 addresses from Netex Limited to a customer, where Netex Limited is the absolute owner of the merchandise, or is selling merchandise on behalf of a seller. Netex Limited acts as the merchant/seller in the transaction and and Netex Limited’s role of a broker is limited. The transaction involves a direct sale between Netex Limited and a buyer, and no third party shall take the role of a broker.
